חצי כוס מים פושרים
1 ביצה + 2 חלמונים
אפשר קצת תמצית וניל
חצי קובית שמרים (25 גרם)
200 גר' מרגרינה (בטמפ' של החדר)
אופן הכנת הבצק:
1 לשים את השמרים בגומה בתוך הקמח או בכלי נפרד עם 2 כפות מים פושרים וכפית סוכר, לרסק קצת ולחכות 5 דקות.
2 לשים את כל שאר החומרים בקערה וללוש - במיקסר כ-8 דקות בדרגה הכי נמוכה.
3 להוסיף את השמרים וללוש עוד מספר דקות. אם הבצק דביק יש להוסיף קצת קמח.
4 להשאיר לתפיחה בין שעה לשעתיים.

אופן המילוי
1 מרדדים את הבצק לעלה ועליו מפזרים את המילוי ומקפלים.
